Mark
Latham
Mark began his real estate career in 1985 at a commercial real estate
services firm he co-founded to serve a stable of Fortune 500 companies.
In 1989 he formed a new company to provide national tenant representation
for an impressive clientele including Sun Microsystems, MBNA, Seimens,
UPS, The Principal Financial Group and others. From 1985 through 1997
Mark was personally involved in a variety of real estate transactions
valued at over $500 million, including a single transaction involving
more than 600,000 square feet of space. In 1997 Mark merged the company
with a large, international real estate company and entered a new chapter
in his business career. Over the next several years he helped grow and
sell a proprietary technology company to a Norway-based public company.
More recently he and a partner group purchased and dramatically increased
shareholder value in another publicly-traded high-tech firm. In 2003 Mark
returned to real estate with partner Matt Herring to form Amicus Interests,
LLC. Mark is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. He and his wife,
Ellen, have four children and reside in Dallas, Texas.
