historic neoclassic architectural relief details.

Polished custom marble floors and glass walls adorn this graceful entry featuring
dedicated visitor directory and announcement panel with secured access to
the Anderson Hall Drawing
Room adjacent to the entry vestibule.
Anderson Hall Drawing Room
Meet, greet and relax in 1920s style. This smart Hospitality Lounge is exclusive
to homeowners with secured access is the perfect spot replete with stone
fireplace, original oil painting of Neil P Anderson sitting above the
stately mantel, elegant
finishes and traditional furnishings, flat screen HDTV and integrated Miele
cappuccino bar.
Reception Lobby
Go back in time in this restored 1920's main elevator lobby with multi-colored
custom designed marble flooring, antique acid washed mirror finished
in classic “filigree,”
deep polished Venetian plaster walls, restored mould detailing and mahogany
stained anigre wood paneling wrapped in the lobby Rotunda.
Mail
The Postal commons features chic vintage period brass and glass mailboxes.
Additionally, antique mail drop chutes are also conveniently located
on each floor for outgoing
mail.
Elevators
Four high-speed elevators with restored "jewel boxes" whisk passengers to their
chosen destinations. Inside, rich leather embossed tile flooring, acid washed,
antique mirrored
walls with traditional brass details on back wall, and deeply polished Venetian
plaster side walls make the trip first class.
